It is advisable to cusmtomize your resume for each new job you apply for.
It is always a good idea to use keywords from the job posting as a resume screener, human or robot, will look for such keywords in your CV.
This should be done keeping the truth about your qualifications. A true CV is more valuable then a deceiving one.
Try and use strong verbs in your resume to make your resume sound more active.
Example: "Responsible for monthly trainings", has no verbs. It could easily become "Supervised the monthly trainings".
Turn it upside down and look at the CV pages.
Are they well balanced from the design point of view?
The packaging is very important when trying to sell yourself.
